Biography
Caesare’ D. Sanchez started her insurance career with Brown & Brown’s Bond Department in Ft Lauderdale, FL at the age of 17. She oversaw the Motor Vehicle Bond Department by the age of 19 which showed her leadership qualities early on. She has over 25 years of experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance and Surety Bond fields. When relocating to central Florida in 2004, she worked with Liberty Mutual Surety. Shortly after in 2005, decided to work for a small local independent agency, Olivenbaum Insurance, in her new town of Clermont, FL. This started her Property & Casualty Insurance development in her career. Olivenbaum agency was purchased by Heart of Florida Insurance Group in 2013 where she advanced as a leader throughout the entire agency.
Caesare' is now the Chief Operating Officer of the agency, where she oversees risk management, driving operational efficiency and strategic planning in financial growth. As the Chief Operating Officer, she is deeply committed to cultivating a workplace where every employee feels valued and supported. She takes deliberate care to structure a work environment that allows the employees to achieve success, feel successful, and receive fair compensated. She is passionately committed to enhancing customer experience. With the strong belief that customers are the heartbeat of the business, she strives to create a customer-centric culture that prioritizes listening, understanding, and responding to the needs of individuals.
Caesare’ is a loving mother of 4 amazing children, 1 grandchild and a dog mom. Passionate about helping the community and others with volunteer throughout her lifetime for cancer organizations and educational programs. Tries to fill time with her Golden doodle, Sadie, going to museums of art or culture, festivals, and theatre. She enjoys family time; game nights and you can quiz her on any movie!
